Diamond Auction Rules

Online bonus rules for Doc’s Tru Team Diamond Tournament. All participants are responsible for reviewing and understanding these rules before participating. By placing a bid, you agree to the terms below.

Both the online and live bonuses, plus any side pots, are 100% paid out.

Online Bonus Window

  • Starts: Monday, August 31, 2026, at 12:00 PM
  • Ends: Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 8:00 PM
01 Sign Up & Email

Check Spam, Junk & Promotions

Our emails often land in Spam, Junk, or Promotions. To make sure you continue to receive them, mark this site as a trusted sender.

  • If your sign-up email lands in Spam or Junk, mark it Not Spam / Not Junk.
  • If it lands in Promotions, drag it into your Primary inbox.
  1. You must sign up to be able to bid. Once you sign up, you will receive an email.
  2. You will also get an email when you have been outbid.
  3. At the end of the auction, you will get a summary of any player(s) that you’ve won and what is due.
02 Eligibility
  1. To participate, your team’s full roster must be submitted, and your team’s entry fee must be paid in full by Friday, August 28, 2026.
  2. Once available, the Online Bonus will be posted right here on www.dctxpool.com/auctions.
03 Important Information
  1. The Online Bonus must be paid in cash on the morning of September 4, 2026, unless prior approval has been granted.
04 Bidding
  1. Always hit refresh after a bid. Do not count on email notifications that you have been outbid as they can be delayed. Hit the refresh button often. ESPECIALLY AT THE END!!!!
  2. Towards the end of the bonus, follow the main bonus room and not the bidding window.
  3. The starting bid is $100.
  4. The minimum increase is $50.
  5. The maximum bid increase is $200.
  6. No gouge bidding allowed. For example: if the current winning bid is $100, you can’t bid $1,000.
  7. To prevent snipe bidding there is a 3-minute timeframe added to any bid made within 2 minutes of the end time.
05 Identity
  1. If you use a different name and the organizer doesn’t know or recognize you, message them and let them know who you are. Otherwise, your bids could be removed.
06 Payment

Cash Only — Due by Noon on September 4, 2026

All payments are CASH ONLY. Please do not Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo.

07 Winners
  1. The winning bidder must pay for the online bonus in cash before the tournament begins, or that team goes back to the next highest bidder.
  2. If the winning bidder is not present, they must reach out to the team they got and arrange payment. That team can pay in cash, or the bidder can pay someone they know who will be there.
  3. If you win a bid and don’t pay, you can’t be involved ever again.
  4. The winning bidder is whoever I have on my end. Sometimes there are glitches — make sure you consistently hit the refresh button.
  5. I deal with ONLY the winning bidder.
08 Teams & Changes
  1. A team can change players during this online bonus, and the bid will be reset to $0 for the new team.
  2. If a team makes any changes or cancels after bids are closed, that team will be removed, payouts adjusted, and the winning bidder will not have to pay.
  3. Winning bidders must give at least a 2/3 buying option to the team they get. It is the team’s responsibility to reach out to the winning bidder to figure out the details.
  4. Teams must make payment arrangements with the winning bidder prior to the start of the live bonus.
